Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place your unworn, unwashed garments with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our wellness team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
